CA Devansh U. Shah is a finance leader and core member of AVKAS & Co., with deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, and digital finance transformation across multinational and large-scale manufacturing contexts. He combines technical rigour as a Chartered Accountant and DISA-certified auditor with a practical, results-first approach to forecasting, cost optimisation and process automation.
As Partner, Devansh drives FP&A excellence and decision support for senior management. At Thermo Fisher Scientific he led regional financial planning and control for the APJ region (India, Japan, South Korea, Singapore), managing annual operating plan preparation, rolling forecasts, variance analysis and consolidation in Oracle HFM. He designed and implemented automation solutions that reclaimed 25 man-days per month by streamlining regional invoicing and reporting workflows improving timeliness and analyst productivity.
Earlier, at Komal Texfab Pvt. Ltd., Devansh headed the finance function for a ₹600 crore group, overseeing corporate finance, treasury, CAPEX governance and subsidy optimisation while ensuring robust statutory and internal audit compliance. His cross-functional experience enables him to translate finance strategy into operational execution and measurable business outcomes.

CA Jay Mehta is a strategic finance professional and core member of AVKAS & Co., with extensive experience in financial strategy, business modelling, and valuation for startups, growth-stage enterprises, and mid-market companies. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary (All India Rank 3), Jay combines analytical precision with business insight to help founders and leadership teams convert financial information into strategic action.
As a Virtual CFO and financial advisor, Jay has collaborated with more than 25 organisations across BFSI, FMCG, health-tech, SaaS, and real estate sectors, delivering forecasting models, MIS frameworks, and investor-ready financial reporting. His work has enabled clients to raise funds, enhance profitability, and build scalable financial processes. Notably, Jay helped a health-tech client unlock a $130 million sales pipeline within seven months, and guided a D2C brand to achieve a 12–15% margin improvement through SKU rationalisation and cost optimisation.
Earlier in his career, Jay worked with leading consulting and advisory firms, leading assignments in valuation, strategic planning, and financial control implementation. He has also conducted feasibility and profitability studies for complex projects, helping clients align finance with operational and strategic goals.

Joined Bank of India as a Clerk in 1970 and was promoted to Officer in 1990. After a distinguished banking career, retired in 2005. Since 2006, actively associated with various Chartered Accountants firms, contributing expertise in statutory and concurrent audits for several prominent banks. Bringing over five decades of banking and audit experience, with a deep understanding of banking operations, compliance, and financial oversight.
